Interscholastic sports and activities promote citizenship and sportsmanship. They instill a sense of pride in community, teach lifelong lessons of teamwork and self-discipline and facilitate the physical and emotional development of our community's youth.

High school sports build a school's moral, a teenager's confidence and self esteem, improve academics, instill leadership and enrich social development.

At Wayne County High School we believe that the key to our students' success is to help them unlock their potential whether it is on the field of play or in the classroom.
